8.45 - Arrival in the Inbeeo Office.
Setting myself up for a successful day looks like making myself a cup of coffee, responding to emails and writing down my to-do list for the day. I usually check in with colleagues I am working on different projects with. As we work on multiple, dynamic projects simultaneously at Inbeeo, no day looks exactly the same, which keep things interesting and challenging.
9.15 - Weekly Team Meeting.
Once a week, we have a 30-minute team meeting where we check in with everyone in the team. This has many advantages, from understanding what is going on around the company to getting a sense of the capacity different colleagues have. Since we are a small team, this meeting helps us to be agile and adaptable to changing circumstances.
10.00 - Pricing Research and Analysis.
The main types of projects we engage with are related to value and pricing strategy. We help our clients navigate often challenging launch environments, so the work is complex and requires a good amount of creative problem solving. Because of my current projects, pricing research and analysis across a variety of geographies (e.g., EU4, US, UK and Japan) is currently a common theme in my projects.Â
11.00 - Client Status Update Calls.
The mornings tend to be spent on a few client calls. We try to make them short and effective, always coming in with a clear agenda and a list of items we would like to discuss with the client. We usually provide updates on the progress of the project and share materials we have prepared beforehand.
13.00 - Lunch time.
Lunch time is when the team spends some quality time together. We catch up on fun activities different colleagues have recently done over homemade or take-out food. Being located in the heart of London, 14 Bedford Sq. offers tons of great food options, from local food markets to team favourites like Honey & Co or Bahn Mi Bay.
14.00 - Advisory Board Preparations.

I just started working on an exciting advisory board where we aim to gain a better understanding of the price potential of the different products, based on their clinical value proposition. I work on editing and refining the discussion guide we will use to guide this meeting with experts from a selection of countries.
14.45 - Strategy Report.
Next, I spend some time writing a strategy report, in collaboration with my project team. Strategy is at the heart of what the Inbeeo team do. We want to bring our insights to life by turning them into clear, feasible and actionable recommendations and roadmaps for our clients.
15.45 - Snack Time.
Mid-afternoon is normally the time for a quick break. This often looks like grabbing a snack in the tea room and having a conversation with a colleague.
16.00 - Week Plan.
Towards the end of the day, I catch-up with different colleagues on the advance made during the day and start drafting points for my to-do list tomorrow. If a deadline is approaching, we spend a little more time ensuring things are going as planned and distributing work as appropriate amongst the team.
18.00 - It's a Wrap.
Wrap up for the day. Depending on the day, I either head home, go to a sports class or meet friends after work.
