Hervé Lilliu

Over the past two decades in the biopharma industry (UCB, Pfizer, IMS), Hervé has been creating value for patients living with severe diseases by supporting the development, reimbursement, and commercialization of truly outstanding products. Prior to founding Inbeeo, Hervé has held diverse senior roles including Chief Market Access and Pricing Officer, Canadian Affiliate President and Global Commercial Lead. An economist by training, Hervé has gained a deep understanding of the global implications of the business having been based successively in Paris, London, Brussels, Toronto and Atlanta.

Chris McDonald

Chris began his career in academia completing a PhD in Membrane Biophysics and a post-doctoral position working on the development of a novel class of pharmaceuticals at Imperial College London. Driven by a keen interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to transition into a more commercial environment, Chris has spent the last 3 years in medical consulting, developing key market access, pricing and health economic principles, leading projects spanning diverse areas including gene therapies, rare diseases, medical devices, oncology and neurology. Along with consulting, Chris also has a keen interest in digital applications, working closely with Roberto to develop inbeeo's product offerings. 

Pippa Macnair

Pippa graduated from the University of St Andrews with a first class degree in Geography, before going on to complete an MSc in Public Health (with distinction) at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. During this time, she developed a strong interest in non-communicable diseases, with her final Masters thesis focusing on geographical variation in short-term mortality from colon cancer in the UK. Since graduating, Pippa has been working in medical consulting, developing her skills as a multi-disciplinary analyst with a focus on HTA and health economics. She now looks to apply these skills at Inbeeo, and develop her knowledge and expertise in market access and value-based pricing.  

Jean-Marc Frybourg

A graduate of ESCP-Europe and holding a Masters in Market Research and Marketing Strategy, Jean-Marc has 30 years of experience in the broader pharmaceutical industry - including biologics and animal health. After 9 years in pharmaceutical marketing, he gained a Masters in Health Economics at Paris Dauphine University in 1995. Since then, Jean-Marc held various Local, Regional and Global positions encompassing pricing and reimbursement, HEOR, health policy, and government affairs (Novartis, Sanofi Pasteur Vaccines, Pfizer, Shire, Merck, Indivior). Jean-Marc brings experience gained over a vast number of pricing and market access challenges ranging from identifying value for early R&D projects, to protecting products from price erosion during late-stage commercialisation.

Leyla Paydas

Leyla is a recent addition to Inbeeo team, having graduated from The University of Manchester with a degree in Neuroscience. Throughout her degree, she gained deep insight into neurodegenerative (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s) and psychiatric (depression, anxiety, schizophrenia) conditions by addressing their psychopathology, treatment and their mode of action as well as potential new drug targets. Through research, Leyla has investigated addiction and depression co-morbidity and its impact on how the brain processes emotions. Striving for a career within healthcare consulting, she is looking forward to developing her market access skills within a range of therapeutic areas.

Roberto Alvarez

Roberto Graduated from Brunel University in Electronic and Electrical Engineering followed by a Master’s in Advanced Micro-electronics from University of Bristol. After his studies he worked for three and half years in the oil and gas industry integrating high technological equipment used for oil and gas exploration in sub-sea areas. Driven by his passion to learn new technologies he started his own start-up dedicated to data mining and data analysis to help companies make accurate decision. He is looking to apply his skills to develop applications that will help the analysis of healthcare data and adapt the healthcare consulting business to the digital age.

Maria Tamayo

Maria brings over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to Inbeeo. She started her career as an industry analyst in Cambridge Pharma Consultancy, a pioneer P&R consultancy firm. Since then she has worked for other industry specialist firms such as IMS; Global Insight and Optum, where she was an Associate Director within the Market Access European division. With experience in most therapeutic areas, she is a consultant expert in identifying market and pricing opportunities for new or currently commercialized pharmaceutical products. Her specialties include payer research; evidence generation; value messages; product testing and analysis of market/competitors’ environment.

Chloe Sheppard

Prior to recently joining Inbeeo, Chloe graduated from Royal Holloway University of London with a first class degree in Biology. After completing an MSc in Stem Cell and Regenerative Therapies: From Bench to Market at King’s College London, she has developed a strong interest in the commercial aspect of pharmaceutical product development, particularly for advanced therapies. During her master’s she produced a dissertation on business strategy development for a novel cell-based therapy for age-related macular degeneration. Passionate about improving patient access to innovative therapies, Chloe is excited to develop her skills in healthcare consulting, focusing on market access and pricing.

David Robinson

David started his career in the NHS within Hematology as a Medical Laboratory Scientifc Officer following the completion of his Biomedical Science degree from the University of Central Lancashire.  With a keen interest in health care and the pharmaceutical industry, David moved into community pharmacy to work directly with patients and manage the commercial aspects of drug purchasing, supply and reimbursement.  This interest led David into joining the pharmaceutical industry and GSK where he spent almost 14 years across a variety of sales, performance, management, leadership and senior healthcare insight roles within the UK Pharma business. 

David has been in senior business development positions since leaving GSK in 2015 and prides himself on being a trusted advisor to his clients.  David continues to draw on his experience and expertise to enable differentiated value for clients across HEOR, RWE & Market Access.  David joins Inbeeo as the Head of Business Development.
